Peach Cobbler

5 small peaches
3/4 C sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 stick unsalted butter
3/4 C flour
3/4 sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 C milk

Filling: Cut Peaches in Halves and put them with Sugar, Cinnamon, Salt and lemon Juice in a medium saucepan. Stir until sugar is melted lower to simmer and cook for 5mins.

Batter: Put Butter in Pan while you preheat for 350.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt in a bowel. Stir in vanilla into Milk.
Slowly pour into dry mix, combine together. Pour Batter into pan then peaches surgar mixture. Bake 35-45 mins.

Serve with Ice Cream.
