Chicken Thighs w/ Creamy Mustard Sauceadmin
8 Chicken Thighs with skin
Kosher Salt & Pepper to Taste
2-C Half Yellow Onion
8oz Creme Fraiche ( Sour Cream)
1 TBS Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Mustard
1TBS Fresh Parsley
1. Cook Chicken with skin down over medium heat for about 15mins. Without moving add onion cook for 15mins. Transfer to the plate to rest.
2. Add the sour cream, Dijon Mustard, Mustard, 1tsp salt to the skillet. Return the chicken skin up, sprinkle w/ parsley and serve with Rice.
