Breakfast French Bread

1- soft French Italian Bread
3TBS Olive Oil
Kosher Salt to Taste
8 Slice Bacon
8 Eggs
1/4 C Spicy Mayonnaise
6ox Cheddar

1. Prepare Boiler, Cut bread in half crosswise. Place cut side up. Brush with oil season w/salt & pepper. Broil until lightly toasted 2 mins.

2. Cook Eggs and Bacon

3. Spicy Mayonnaise: 1/4 Mayonnaise add Tapatio to taste. Spread the Mayo and Cheddar Cheese, Crumble Egg and Bacon and more cheese.

4. Return to boiler cook until cheese is melted Serve and Garnish with Cilantro.
