One of my Favorite Christina’s Dishes.

Christina is a excellent cook and I love all of her dishes. But this Salmon dish is simple but packs all the right flavors for Salmon. I am not a big fan of Salmon, but this dish makes me like Salmon. I will take a picture next time she makes it.

Here is her recipe.

1/12 lb of Alaskian Salmon
1/2 cup of soft butter
2TBS of Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp of Paprika
2 Lemon wedges.
1 C of Jasmine Rice
2 squash- yellow/green
Cayenne Pepper powder
1/2 C yellow onion

Preheat Oven to 350
1/2 cup of Butter and 2TBS of Garlic mix together in a small bowl
Add 1/4 tsp of Paprika to the mixture. Spread the butter mixture on top of the Salmon. Place 2 lemon wedges on top of the Salmon.
Wrap in Foil, poke 3 holes for steam
Bake for 25 minutes, take out of the oven and let it finish cooking on top of the oven.

Cook your Rice in a cooker to get the perfect rice. Once cooked, add some soft butter , salt, pepper mix together. Get ready for plating.

Cut up your squash and season salt/ pepper, Cayenne pepper powder
Add your onion , cook about 15mins

Plate Jasmine Rice with mix squash with Salmon to the side. Serve Hot.
